If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products or services that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Van Anda Aviation LLC, with primary operations at 8600 Jones Rd., Hangar 1, Zellwood, Fl 32798.
  • Repairs means services requested by you in order to maintain and/or repair an airplane and may include labor and parts.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods or services from Us.
  • Service refers to something provided to You by Us, e.g. a repair to an aircraft or the permission to fly an aircraft managed by Us for a rental period.
  • Website refers to Van Anda Aviation, accessible from
  • You means the individual accessing or using a Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

For a Repair, You are entitled to cancel Your Order prior to any work starting for no cost.  After repair work has started, cancellation of remaining work is permitted, services rendered to that notification are due at the rate agreed upon at the time of the Order.

For a Rental request, You are entitled to cancel Your Order according to the terms of the latest rental agreement published on our website.

Refunds for Unused Rental Hours

Rental hours can be purchase either by the hour, or by the block.  This refund policy extends for a maximum of one calendar year from the date of purchase.  After one year, no refund for unused hours will be offered or approved.

If the unused hours were part of a flight block, the refund will be calculated by subtracting the number of hours flown at the normal hourly rental price from the original block price.  For example, if there are 6 hours left from an 11-hour block, then the refund would be the original block price minus 5 times the normal hourly price.

Refund Fees

A fee will be charged on refunds where a credit card, wire, or other method that comes with a transaction fee was used in the original purchase.  The fee will be set to the fee charged for the original purchase and prorated based on the amount of the refund.

Conditions for Returns

Parts may be returned for refund, provided:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 45 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods have not been installed on an aircraft.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to reduce refunds for returned goods by a restocking fee.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
